TEETH WHITENING TREATMENT PROCESS:
15-20 nminutes once a day for 4 days is all that's needed for fantastic results. Do not exceed 1 hour per application. If you feel tooth pain or sensitivity immediately rinse your mouth and cease the treatment.
STEP 1: Use the gel syringe to insert gel into the mouth trays mainly concentrating on the areas that will make contact with the front of the teeth. Don't overfill the mouth tray just a film on the inner part of the tray that will make conact with the front of the teeth is all that is required.
STEP 2: Insert the trays into your mouth over the top teeth. Set the tray firmly against yout teeth. Wipe off any excess gel that has seeped over the brim of the tray onto the gums with a tissue.
STEP 3: Put the LED light/mouth tray in your mouth using your lips to hold the device in place. Turn on.
NOTE: You will need to replace the clear battery seal after each use only before the first use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Lying on your back during the treatment will ensure you get the best possible results with the minimum amount of sensitivity. This helps prevent your saliva from diluting the product and drool escaping the mouth.
After each whitening session remove the trays and rinse off your teeth. Brush any remaining gel away. Rinse and dry your mouth trays and store in box. Wipe your LED light dry and store in your box.
IMPORTANT: During the entire length of your whitening treatment, you should avoid staining beverages a smuch as possible, including coffee, tea, red wine, colas and citrus beveridges. If you must consume these, it is highly recommended to do so through a straw.
STORAGE: Wash your mouth trays with a tooth brush and cold water. Be sure to keep the whitening gel in a cool place (the refrigerator is a great place). Attention: DO NOT FREEZE. If you refrigerate the gel please take the gel out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour before each teeth whitening session so it is at room temperature when you use it. Keep all trays and devices clean and dry. If your kit contains a LED light don't get the device wet.
DO NOT USE: Pregnant, nursing you are in poor health (decaying teeth, exposed roots, you wear braces, had recent oral surgery, jaw problems), allergic to peroxide. At-home treatments have risks involved and you should consult your denist. In the event you experience tooth sensitivity and gum irritation, this will disappear within a few days after discontinuing use. Discontinue use if you feel a sharp pain in a tooth and consult your dentist immediately. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding woman or people under 16 years old.
